Passing the -d option and a tag identifier to git tag will delete the identified tag. You can view the state of a repo at a tag by using the git checkout command. If you change your mind about using tags and instead want to convert them to categories, you can do so using the tag to category converter. At the bottom of the Classic view of the Manage Tags screen is a link to the tag to category converter. Tags provide a useful way to group related posts together and to quickly tell readers what a post is about. Tags also make it easier for people to find your content. For each resource, each tag key must be unique, and each tag key can have only one value. You can use tags to categorize resources by purpose, owner, environment, or other criteria. You can tag files and folders to make them easier to find. Tags work with all your files and folders, whether you store them on your Mac or keep them in iCloud. You can use other meta tags if they are important to your site, but Google will ignore meta tags that it doesn’t support. This tag, commonly called meta-refresh, sends the user to a new URL after a certain amount of time, and is sometimes used as a simple form of redirection. However, it is not supported by all browsers and can be confusing to the user. We recommend using a server-side 301 redirectinstead. If you do this and make a commit, your version2 branch will be slightly different than your v2.0.0 tag since it will move forward with your new changes, so do be careful.
