Please use the returns instructions on your dispatch note and guidance below. If you’re returning a hazardous item from outside the UK, please contact our customer service team for information. Don’t miss out – they all come with FREE next day delivery. HubBox will send a confirmation email once the order has been made. They will then send a second email once the order is at the collection point, containig a collection code. Parcels can be tracked via the HubBox App, or the link to the courier site. Your order will be held at the store/business for 30 days, before being returned back to us at karenmillen. Place your order prior to 1pm, and you will be sent your goods to arrive as standard next working day. This applies to most mainland UK locations with the exception of postcodes AB, IV, KW, PH, BT and to all islands. Additional carriage charges may apply to non-mainland UK areas. You’ll be able to choose the delivery option and work out the additional fees at checkout. Walmart Plus members can have anything shipped to their home for free without limits. If you are missing an item in your order please check if any items were marked as out of stock on your delivery email, we won’t charge you for any canceled items. If you have ordered one of our external brands these will be delivered in a separate parcel. If you are missing items that were not canceled, please contact us with your order information so we can help. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an invoice email with the courier details and your tracking number.
