Orders placed after the cut off will be delivered within 2 days. Evri ParcelShop opening times and days cannot be guaranteed. When collecting a parcel delivered to an Evri ParcelShop, please take one form of personal identification e.g. driving licence, passport or utility bill. If a representative is collecting a parcel the identification supplied should be for the customer that has placed the order. This refers to an order being placed for a product that has recently been announced but the stock has not yet arrived from the suppliers. By completing a ‘pre-order’ for the product you will be placed on a waiting list, which is fulfilled on a first-come first-served basis when stock arrives. We will pre authorise your credit or debit card at the point of ordering but no payment will be taken until the item is dispatched to you. We will contact you prior to the stock arriving to advise of expected delivery. Collect at store is not available on pre-orders placed online. All quoted delivery dates and times are estimates and although we will try our best to meet them, we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so. All items that are small enough to be delivered by one person are eligible for free next day delivery , 7 days a week, provided your order has been placed by 7pm. You can also opt to pay an additional fee to choose a specific time slot for your delivery (usually £3.99), except on Sundays. Larger items are still eligible for free next day delivery, just not on Sundays. Orders – you must place your order in accordance with boohoo’s Next Day, Standard, Hermes, InPost or Northern Ireland Express delivery timescales. It is your responsibility to select your preferred eligible delivery service. Express delivery will not always be automatically selected at checkout and so you should check and select your preferred delivery service. We offer more than one delivery type, so the cost and time frame for your delivery depends on what you want to have delivered.
